Blue Jays News · Jays place 9th at first meet in Topeka.


The BlueJays boys swim team started off the season with a good performance in Topeka. With a good group of returners and many new swimmers, the anticipation was high. The team acquired 43 team points and placed 9th out of 10 teams. Sophomore Alex Seeyle led the way with 7 individual points and Sophomore Nathan Green added 3. Others to make contribution were Jrs. Tyler Sinklier, Moses Partida, and Andre Edwards. The team is back in the water next week in Manhattan. The staff expects a great week of work and looks forward to times improving indefinitely.
