The Junction City High School Boys Cross Country team has qualified for the KSHSAA Class 6A State Cross Country Championship. They qualified by finishing third in the Regional Cross Country Meet held at Warner Park in Manhattan. Tyler Atkins was the leader for Jays as he finished in sixth place in a time of 16:52.
The Junction City High School cross country team ran in the Centennial League meet on Saturday at Kanza Park in Topeka. The varsity girls had four finishers.
